Update-list privacy notice

This notice explains what Croiseur stores when you join the update list, why it is needed, who may receive it, and how you can remove your address.

Last updated .

Who controls the data?

Croiseur website operator is responsible for the update list.

What is collected and why?

Your email address, optional name, consent choices and consent timestamps are stored so Croiseur can send occasional development news and the launch announcement.

If you separately consent to partner offers, the partner-list version and a snapshot identifying the partners are also recorded as proof of that consent.

Legal basis and recipients

The legal basis is your consent. Croiseur’s operator can access update-list records. Your address is shared with advertising partners only when you tick the separate optional checkbox, and only with partners listed at the time of consent.

Retention period

Prospect data is intended to be retained for no more than 3 years after collection or your last contact, unless a shorter period applies or you ask for deletion.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or portability by contacting [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
